Introduction to platinum training & development

Platinum Training and Development is a training provider established specifically for the childcare industry.  It is a family owned business boasting many years of childcare experience.  Unlike many other training providers, Platinum is designed to suit all the needs of our industry, by people from our industry.  The courses on offer are from Modern Apprenticeships, NVQ training through to bite size courses aimed at the various roles within Nurseries.

Whether working with a new employee to gain their Childcare NVQ or working with a senior Manager on a Management NVQ, Platinum can offer the full package. A package which is further complimented by our range of industry designed short course's.

Each and every course is individual to nurseries, quoting examples all delegates will relate to, and giving guidance they will be able to follow and implement.

Platinum Training and Development is an approved provider for City and Guilds, OCR, ILM and Cache qualifications.

We often start by helping the Nursery to prepare a skills matrix and map their development and training needs.  This consultation is completely free of charge. We can often accommodate delegates on our funded programmes which means there is no charge for our services.
